Noroxi assessment
Priority: Monitor (action score 19/100)
- The sources we track (CISA KEV, Exploit-DB, Metasploit, Nuclei, GitHub) show no public exploit code or exploitation in the wild.
- Probability of exploitation in the next 30 days: 1% (FIRST EPSS); higher than 65.6% of all records.
- Someone on the same network segment can trigger it. No account or password is required. A user must open a link or visit a page. Special conditions such as timing or configuration are required.
- Fixed version: vite (npm) 4.5.4, 5.1.8, 5.2.14; velociraptor (openSUSE:Tumbleweed) 0.7.0.4.git142.862ef23-1.1.
Low priority for now. Upgrade to vite (npm) 4.5.4, 5.1.8, 5.2.14; velociraptor (openSUSE:Tumbleweed) 0.7.0.4.git142.862ef23-1.1 or later.

Vite a frontend build tooling framework for javascript. In affected versions the contents of arbitrary files can be returned to the browser. `@fs` denies access to files outside of Vite serving allow list. Adding `?import&raw` to the URL bypasses this limitation and returns the file content if it exists. This issue has been patched in versions 5.4.6, 5.3.6, 5.2.14, 4.5.5, and 3.2.11. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
