CVE-2026-115374: Incus 7.0.0 before 7.0.2 and 7.1.0 before 7.5.0 Unsigned Header Bypass in Presigned S3 Upload URLs
Noroxi assessment
Priority: Monitor (action score 28/100)
- The sources we track (CISA KEV, Exploit-DB, Metasploit, Nuclei, GitHub) show no public exploit code or exploitation in the wild.
- Probability of exploitation in the next 30 days: 0.18% (FIRST EPSS).
- Anyone who can reach it over the internet can trigger it. A low-privileged account is enough. No user action is required. No special conditions are required; it is repeatable.
- Fixed version: lxc incus 7.0.2, 7.5.0.
Low priority for now. Upgrade to lxc incus 7.0.2, 7.5.0 or later.

Primary sources: NVD · CVE.org · FIRST EPSS
Incus 7.0.0 before 7.0.2 and 7.1.0 before 7.5.0 contains a signature verification flaw in its built-in S3 server that allows presigned URL holders to inject unsigned x-amz-* headers. Attackers can add an unsigned X-Amz-Copy-Source header to a presigned upload URL to copy other bucket objects onto the granted key, disclosing their contents and ETags.
